I ordered some products with you and when do I get my track and trace code ?

You will get your track and trace code automatic through E-mail at the moment we deliver your parcel at the post office. As soon as your parcel is scanned there , you will automatically receive the E-mail with your track and trace code.

I didn’t receive my track and trace code what now?

First of all check your spambox cause occasionally the tracking code end up there. When you still didn’t find it contact us so we will send you the tracking code manually.

How long takes for my parcel to be delivered ?

After you order with us we will process your order within 24 to 48 hours. A parcel within the Netherlands will be delivered within 1 or 2 days at your door after processing. Within Europe the delivery time will be 3 to 7 days and outside of Europe 5 to 14 days.

How do I get my 5% discount ?

When you register as a client at our website you will get a discount coupon through your E-mail. Use the coupon code when placing your order and the 5% discount will be automatically applied. You can only use the code one time.

I am muslim, does your products contain traces of animal products ?

No, all our products are 100% halal and kosher.

When will be my shipment free of shipment costs ?

For shipment within the Netherlands your shipment will be free of costs when the total amount of your order exceeds 85,- euro including possible discount. Within Europe the total amount have to exceed 125,- euro and outside of Europe 175,- euro.
